Project Summary

The renovated facility, known as MTV-7, is a 53,000 sq. ft. two story office building, located in Mountain View, California. Designed to serve as the firm's headquarters building, the facility is a two floor tilt up structure with package HVAC units on the roof. 50,000 SF were renovated to allow for updated executive office space, including the creation of a welcoming, open atrium.

Sustainability Goal: MTV-7 is targeted to receive LEED certification from the United States Green Building Council. The owner’s effort to achieve this certification is a demonstration of INTUIT’s commitment to sustainable building design and construction.
