REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS

We have commissioned hundreds of projects and been involved in thousands of buildings.

The projects listed below include LEED Silver, Gold and Platinum award winners for both new and existing buildings. The awards travel across a broad spectrum, ranging from data centers and hospitals to libraries, schools and office buildings. 

Some of these projects were small while others were either very large in square footage or challenging in terms of complexity and/or equipment density.

Projects include new and existing building commissioning, and include buildings enrolled in state or utility rebate programs.

SERVICES PROVIDED

VirtualCx services for these projects ranged from providing commissioning documentation and/or providing the project with software to being boots-on-the ground. For example, we often provide Commissioning Authority representation, including a full complement of third-party field services. Field services typically involve VirtualCx team members in project management roles, coordinating scheduling, running Cx meetings, ensuring LEED coordination, performing site visits and field testing services. Our role can vary since some clients select a la carte from our offerings.
